The mastermind behind the Spanish restaurant, el Bulli, Chef Albert Adrià is coming to Beijing. Adrià is the creator of Natura and the powerhouse behind one of the world’s most renowned restaurants.? ALBERTO 1.tifelbulli2.tif

From October 27th to October 29th, the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art and the Instituto Cervantes in Beijing will host Adrià for an extraordinary culinary event. Chef Adrià will teach master classes at the UCCA and present his documentary “A Day in elBulli.”

Champagne at the Sky Lounge

The Hotel Jen is tempting the afterwork crowd to its Sky Lounge with a new wine and champagne tasting series. Located on the 28th floor, the Sky Lounge has fabulous views over the Hong Kong harbor and is open to non-hotel guests every day from 8pm.

Sip your bubbly until 1am while indulging in the Hotel Jen’s Moët & Chandon Champagne Evenings, that includes two glasses of champers and a selection of canapes. White wines on offer include an Italian Veneto Pinot Grigio, an Argentine Trapiche Sauvignon Blanc, Chilean and Australian Chardonnays. The reds include Villalta Valpolicella and Trapiche Malbec from Argentina, as well as a B&V Calvet Vallon Bleu Merlot from France and a Talus Collection Cabernet Sauvignon from California.
