elBulli in BeijingThe mastermind behind the Spanish restaurant, el Bulli, Chef Albert Adrià is coming to Beijing. Adrià is the creator of Natura and the powerhouse behind one of the world’s most renowned restaurants.
From October 27th to October 29th, the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art and the Instituto Cervantes in Beijing will host Adrià for an extraordinary culinary event.
